This ex-council flat is located in Fellows Court behind Hoxton station. The project refurbished the existing property taking care to retain its existing features such as the glass windows above the doors and bullnose timber details.
Fitted joinery was used to create as much storage space as possible through the creation of a walk-in dressing area. New flooring was installed throughout as well as a fully electric heating system.
