Situated by London Feilds this project saw the conversion of a derelict ex light industrial victorian terrace into 6 flats for rental.
Maintenance and robustness were central design drivers. Bespoke joinery was designed to be both economical and space-efficient while giving the spaces a domestic feel.
Existing features were retained wherever possible with new elements carefully inserted alongside.
